The Breach That Changed the Sigil Corpus
Summary

An early Covenant failure after which four of the Twelve Sigils were added to the system.

Significance

Later lore records that the Twelve Sigils were not all inscribed at the same time: the final four were added after this breach, meaning the Covenant's architecture was amended in response to failure.
