Below you’ll find our refund and return policies for both Londyn Publishing (books and digital content) and The Moon’s Curse Atelier (merchandise and on-demand creations). Each branch follows the policies of their respective fulfillment partners.
Londyn Publishing – Website Membership
Memberships grant immediate access to restricted content, Codex entries,
Veil maps, digital downloads, and other gated materials.
Because access is provided at the time of purchase, membership fees are
non-refundable once activated.
Recurring Payments
Renewal charges are final. You may cancel at any time before renewal; access continues through the current billing period.
Cancellation
Cancellation does not revoke access immediately. The Veil remains open until the end of the paid term. No prorated refunds are offered.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback results in immediate termination of access to the Veil. We reserve the right to deny future membership.
Londyn Publishing – Books & Digital Products
All book purchases are fulfilled by third-party vendors such as Amazon, Books.by, and IngramSpark. These vendors manage transactions, shipping, and refund requests directly. Please retain all books and packaging until any issue has been resolved.
Amazon
Amazon typically allows returns within 30 days of receipt for most new physical items. Refunds or replacements are handled directly by Amazon.

Orders fulfilled through IngramSpark or its distribution network follow their official return policy. Requests must be made through the retailer that processed your purchase.

Books.by
If your printed book arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, please contact the Books.by support team. Support is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. Where appropriate, a replacement copy will be reprinted and reshipped.
Digital Products
Digital purchases such as Kindle eBooks follow the platform’s digital refund policies. Typically, digital content is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded unless defective or inaccessible.
The Moon’s Curse Atelier – Custom & On-Demand Merchandise
The Moon’s Curse Atelier products are handmade and printed on demand through Printify and fulfilled via our Etsy store. Because each item is custom-made, returns and cancellations are limited.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before entering production. Once production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
- Go to Purchases & Reviews in your Etsy account.
- Select Contact the Shop or Help with Order.
- Request cancellation prior to shipment.
Damaged or Flawed Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free reprint or refund. Photo verification is required.
- Include a clear image showing the issue.
- Provide your order number and purchase email.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Incorrect size, color, or design selected.
- Change of mind after purchase.
